Hi, I'm Alan and I am an Investment Property and Portfolio Financial Advisor. I have been involved in Commercial Property Management since 1993 and the Financial Services Industry since 1994.

I am a qualified and authorised Financial Advisor and specialise in Investment & Commercial Property Finance and Corporate Portfolio Protection.

I am fully Qualified in Mortgage Advice via Chartered Insurance Institute. My qualifications also extend to, Portfolio, Investment Finance and Corporate Finance Protection.
I specialise in Financial Advice for Landlords, Property Investors and those who want to dabble in build and design.

Who I work with

I have a Wealth of over 30 years experience in Commercial, Residential Property Management and Investment Property Financial Advice.

My main expertise is within Financial Services and advising within the Buy to Let and Commercial Property Investment market.

Over the years I have see gaps within the property management market, so I set up a small management company to give Landlords additional services that would enable them to self manage with more confidence, thus eliminating the use of full management from Letting agents.

For Finanical Services, I work in partnership with Key Financial Associates Ltd. We are part of Newleaf Distribution Ltd Network and are Authorised and Regulated by the FCA.

We have access to Whole of Market for Investment Property Finance. Meaning I have access to finance for Residential BTL Landlords through to Finance for HMOs and Multi Unit Blocks.
In addition to this we can assist with Commercial Financing for Self Builds and Development Projects..
